Colorado's point thresholds vary by age: drivers 21+ face suspension at 12 points within 12 months or 18 points within 24 months. Drivers under 21 face lower thresholds.
Colorado does not have a formal ticket dismissal through traffic school program, but courts may order traffic safety education as a probation condition, and the DMV may require a driver improvement course for point accumulation.
